Welcome to Erin Carter, mother, wife and Speech Language Pathologist. She graduated from Boston University with a BS degree in Communications Disorders and Northeastern University with an MS degree in Speech Language Pathology. She lives in Durham, NC with her husband, two children and golden retriever. For a time, Erin worked with preschool children on speech and language development.
Welcome Back Sun is a children’s book targeting parents and pre-K children. Using rhyme with the progression of time, this story incorporates key core concrete language of animals, colors and numbers for the preschool age child. Erin said, “Learning creates excitement and the book is basic enough for children to find entertaining. The subtle rhyme to the story creates an easy flow for parents and children.
